To the editor:

I had the occasion to go to a Paul LePage introductory function at the Caribou Motor Inn to meet and get his point of view of what his take is on present day government in the state of Maine. He fielded a lot of questions and provided common sense answers on what he would do to create a better environment in our state relative to taxes, jobs, and corrective measures that should be taken if he becomes the governor of the Maine.

The power of prudent, painstaking planning cannot be underestimated.  For me, the most profound advice about the constant need for critical planning and preparation comes from the saying: “It pays to plan ahead. It wasn’t raining when Noah built the Ark.”

If anyone bought this mower a month ago, I am offering a reward for finding the thief.

This has been reported three times with no results. Let’s keep Caribou on a good path. Please help us find our stolen lawnmower.

In response to the article “Caribou PD sees through the writing on the wall”, I feel it is necessary to provide the public with more information in regard to gangs.

We have now had a full year’s experience and gathered a full year of data on the University of Maine Presque Isle wind turbine project. Let us report on what we have learned.
