CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the months of February and March, 2013.
    Paul Akerson II, 52, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine and five days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Thomas Ayer, 27, Caribou: operating under the influence, no test, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension and $1,609.91 restitution; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.
    Danny R. Beckwith, 44, Connor Twp.: driving to endanger, not guilty.

    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the month of January.
    Marvin Barnes, 18, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Scottie Lee Bernard, 20, Fort Fairfield: attaching false plates, $100 fine.

    CARIBOU — The following divorces were granted in 1st District Court in January, February, March and April, 2013 by Judge David Soucy and Family Law Magistrate Rob N. Langner on grounds of irreconcilable  differences.

    CARIBOU — A Caribou woman sustained minor injuries when she lost control of her vehicle on April 3 in St Agatha.
